Earlier this month, The Fragrance Foundation France, held its annual Fifi Awards. A number of winners were announced, including some of my personal favourites: Viktor & Rolf’s Spicebomb and Guerlain’s La Petite Robe Noire.
Spicebomb, a spicy, masculine fragrance, won in two categories: Best Selective Men’s Fragrance and Best Bottle Design. Only the Brave Tattoo by Diesel was awarded the People’s Prize and Kenzo Homme Sport won for Best Advertising Communication.
All fragrances in the categories “selective distribution” and “broad distribution” were evaluated by a jury consisting of perfume professionals, members of the Fragrance Foundation and other experts (consultants, journalists and bloggers). The public also had the opportunity to cast their vote on the internet.
A full list of winners is available on the Basenotes website.
